 What to expect after the massage:

• Allow yourself to rest.
• A deep-tissue massage helps loosen muscle tissues and release many toxins from muscles. You may feel some soreness right after the massage or within a few days and  also tired. This is perfectly normal. However, any discomfort should go away pretty soon, leaving you with more mobility and less pain on movement.
• Drink water before and after:                                                         As many toxins are released from tissues, go into the session hydrated. It's important to drink plenty of water to help eliminate these toxins from your body. Also it is not a good idea  to drink alcohol during the few days after your massage as it may interfere with the massage healing process   and aggravate soreness. Alcohol has dehydrating effects, and will make your massage less effective.
• If you can, a warm soak in the bath after the massage may diminish your soreness, and enhance the circulatory response, by bringing blood to the surface of the skin and cleansing the system to another degree.
• Most of the people feel very good, happy, relaxed and more energetic.

  70 euros - one hour session.
95 euros - an hour and a half (90 minutes).

Outcalls of 90 minutes session available for 120 euros to 140 euros (depending at what time you want your massage)

How often should you get a massage?

It really depends about you but it is advisable to receive a massage every two to four weeks. If you have a recurring problem it is better to receive regular sessions for a while until it is solved, as often one session does not take care of everything.
Massage is not only good to resolve body tensions or stress but to prevent future problems by re-balancing body and mind and reducing chronic pain.
